The Virginia Beach Community Development Corporation will be hosting a special Racial Equity Circle Event on Wednesday, December 7th at 10am-12pm at the Virginia Beach Public Library on Virginia Beach Boulevard. The theme is "The New Civil War: Leaders Speak Out About the Impact of Race, Religion, and Sexual Orientation on Violence in America."
